Management reviews brand fit, product quality and readiness before placement. We have affordable market booths, varied full-building stores, and several very large flagship spaces. Two or more approved merchants may share a building, with one primary renter responsible for the lease; mention your shared-store proposal in your application.

Selective Founding Merchant Offer: 60 Days Free for the Best. Outstanding, management-approved designers and merchants may qualify for a refund of the first 60 days' rent. Rent and pay through the existing rental system; Doktur Shepherd personally refunds the qualifying initial payment in L$. One rental per merchant; regular rental rates apply after the offer if you continue. The offer is not automatic for every applicant or market booth. We cannot guarantee shopper traffic or sales.
